At Celestrion, we take great care to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds except in the following cases:
Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
We will issue a refund or replacement if:

Your product was severely damaged during shipping

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at celestrion@contact.ch with clear photos of the issue.
We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit).
In approved cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer returns or refunds for the following:
